The email client settings listed below can be used to configure other devices such as phones & tablets.

PLEASE NOTE: Any email program is third party software for which My Website Designer cannot provide support for. The tutorials provided by My Website Designer are general guides to connecting a My Website Designer email hosting service with your email software. For detailed assistance working with & troubleshooting your email software, please contact the software developer or device manufacturer.

Although we do not offer support for third party software, as a courtesy we have listed some links at the bottom of this page that will help you configure some of the most common types of devices.

User Information:
Your Name: John Doe
(replace with your name)
Email Address: contact@example.com
(replace with your email address)
Server Information:
Account Type: POP3
Incoming Mail Server: mail.example.com
(replace with mail.yourdomainname)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
Use the outgoing mail server provided by your ISP (example: mail.bigpond.com - see list of "Common Australian ISP's Outgoing Mail Servers" listed below - please contact your ISP to confirm your outgoing mail server settings)
Login Information:
Username:
contact@example.com
(replace with your email address)
Password: The password that was issued to you or the password that you entered when creating your email account through the Plesk control panel interface.
