Email Client Settings - Microsoft Outlook Print

When setting up your email client (Microsoft Outlook, Windows Mail etc) you will need the following information. In Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007/2010 you can edit your email setting by clicking on "Tools > Accounts Settings".

For detailed assistance working with & troubleshooting your email software, please contact the software developer or device manufacturer.

User Information:
Your Name: John Doe
(replace with your name)
Email Address: contact@example.com
(replace with your email address)
Server Information:
Account Type: POP3
Incoming Mail Server: mail.example.com
(replace with mail.yourdomainname)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
Use the outgoing mail server provided by your ISP (example: mail.bigpond.com - see list of "Common Australian ISP's Outgoing Mail Servers" listed below - please contact your ISP to confirm your outgoing mail server settings)
Login Information:
Username:
contact@example.com
(replace with your email address)
Password: The password that was issued to you or the password that you entered when creating your email account through the Plesk control panel interface.

NOTE: All other Outlook settings should be left as their defaults (unless advised by one of our engineers).

We recommend that you contact your ISP with any questions relating to your outgoing mail settings.
